Put LightMap on your home screen

    LightMap is a progressive web app, so it installs straight from your browser. No App Store and no in-app purchases. Everything is included in your membership.

    iPhone

    1. Open birchandlight.com/lightmap in Safari.
    2. Tap the three dots next to the address bar, then tap Share. (If you see a Share button, the square with the arrow pointing up, in the bottom toolbar, tap that instead.)
    3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
    4. Leave Open as Web App switched on, then tap Add in the top right corner.

    Android (Chrome)

    1. Open birchandlight.com/lightmap in Chrome.
    2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
    3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
    4. Tap Install. If your phone asks again, tap Add.

    Samsung Internet

    1. Open birchandlight.com/lightmap.
    2. Tap the three lines in the bottom right corner.
    3. Tap Add page to, then Home screen.
    4. Tap Add.

    Opened the link from Facebook or Instagram?

    1. Tap the three dots in the top right corner and choose Open in browser (it may say Open in Safari, Open in Chrome or Open in external browser). Then follow the steps above. Add to Home Screen won't show up inside those apps.
